REGISTER ONLINE AND PAY VIA PAYPAL

1) Print this CONTACT AND MEDICAL form. You will need to bring it to us on the first day of Saturday Skate Program.

2) Download REGISTRATION form for you to keep. It has details and info you need including program dates.

3) Download LIABILITY WAIVER. Form MUST BE SIGHNED AND SENT TO US.

4) Click the Buy Now button to make a payment for our Saturday Skateboard Program. Please note: we charge an additional Paypal fee of $10. To avoid this fee, you can pay with check.
